HELLO MONACO
COVER STORY

“Even if the quarantine is almost over in Monaco, there are some places in the world where it will keep going for more time so I wish everyone to stay safe and united. I believe that even when the quarantine will be over, we will have to be very careful about how we behave to make sure the sanitary crisis does not come back as fast as it first appeared.
About being self-isolated, I'd like to take the opportunity of these few words to remind ourselves that there is no place like home and how we are lucky to have one. This time at home has allowed me to slow down and appreciate all of the things that are so easy to take for granted. I think it is a great time to re-evaluate who we are as individuals, and to use this time to explore new thoughts and ideas. It’s an opportunity to develop new skills or enhance your business with online tools in the comfort of your own home. It’s an opportunity to read, meditate, or simply self-reflect in order to relieve any stress that has built up. It’s also the perfect opportunity to improve physically; improving your diet as we can cook daily, exercise with the options we have, mainly body weight. It is also the right time to call friends and family, in order to stay in touch and have communication with others outside your own home. Quarantine has encouraged me to improve myself both physically and mentally. Daily workouts combined with a healthy diet and lots of fresh juices are doing just enough to keep my personal trainer happy for when I return to the gym!
I really hope everything will go back to "normal" as soon as possible, in the meantime I send my respectful and admirative thoughts to all the people involved to protect us, facing risks, and saving lives daily. Stay safe everyone and take care.”
